Certificate of mailing service only provides evidence of mailing. No receipt is obtained on delivery of the mial to the addressee nor is insurance provided against loss or damage. Do NOT use as proof of mailing an IRS return – IRS will not recognize it as evidence your return was sent. Use Certified Mail instead.

Certified mail service provides the sender with a mailing receipt and a record of delivery at the office of address. No insurance coverage is provided. Return Receipt and Restricted Delivery services are available.
Money Orders
The maximum amount of one money order is $700. Money orders must be paid in US currency, coins or established traveler's checks payable in US dollars – no checks.

Return Receipt
Return Receipt service provides a mailer with evidence of delivery. (Only available with Certified, Insured over $50, Registered, Express & Return Receipt for Merchancise)

Return Receipt For Merchandise
Return Receipt for Merchandise service is a form of return receipt service that provides the sender with a mailing receipt, a return receipt, and a record of delivery at the office of address. No insurance coverage is provided. Restricted delivery service is not available and no return receipt can be requested after mailing (delivery record after mailing).

• Showing to whom, date, and addresse's address – $1.50
Restricted Delivery – $2.50
Restricted Delivery service permits a mailer to direct delivery only to the addressee or the addressee's authorized agent. The addressee must be an individual (or natural person) specified by name. (Only available with Certified, Registered, COD or Insured over $50)
Special Delivery
Special Delivery service provides expedited delivery. This service is available for all classes of mail except Express Mail. It can be combined with Certified, COD, Insured, Registered or Return Receipt for Merchandise mail.
• First Class & Priority Mail – $7.65(2lbs or less); $7.95(2lbs to 10lbs);
$8.55(10lbs+)
• Other Classes – $8.05(2lbs or less); $8.65(2lbs to 10lbs); $9.30(10lbs+)
Special Handling (Only available for Third & Fourth Class Mail)
Special Handling service provides preferential handling to the extent practical in dispatch and transportation. It does not provide Special Delivery service. Baby poultry or honey bees are required to be sent Special Handling.
